What to Know Before We Work Together

Client Expectations

This work isn’t surface-level. It’s not a quick fix, a trendy detox, or a magic meal plan. If we work together, I want you to know upfront what to expect — and what’s expected of you.

You Will Be Challenged

You may be asked to do hard things — things outside your current comfort zone. That could mean:

  • Giving up certain foods or habits that are sabotaging your health

  • Changing your routine in ways that feel inconvenient at first

  • Looking deeper at patterns that have kept you stuck

Growth often requires discomfort. But every change we make is rooted in one goal: getting you back to feeling like yourself again.

You’ll Need to Show Up

This isn’t passive. I’ll guide you, support you, and equip you — but you’ll have to show up and do the work. That means:

  • Being open to change

  • Committing to the process

  • Giving honest feedback about what’s working (and what’s not)

You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to be willing.

You Might Miss the Old You… Before You Meet the Real You

Sometimes, when we remove the crutches (caffeine, sugar, late-night snacks, constant busyness), things get uncomfortable. That’s okay. It means the real work has begun. You might grieve the old rhythms. But what’s coming is better:

  • Clearer focus

  • Better sleep

  • True energy

  • A deeper sense of alignment between your body and your beliefs

It Will Be Worth It

You’re not doing this for a number on a scale. You’re doing it so you can:

  • Wake up with energy

  • Lead your family with strength

  • Worship with clarity

  • Live your calling with stamina

This is not about restriction. It’s about restoration.

And you’re not doing it alone.

Let’s get to work — and let’s make it worth it.
